UCO Sports & Recreation provides opportunities to the UCO and the surrounding community to participate in an active lifestyle. We aim to provide excuses. They are excuses for people to enjoy nature. They are excuses to play sports. They are excuses to enjoy the outdoors.

Sports & Recreation offers various programs and services to Wellness Center patrons including the Endeavor Games, Intramurals, Outdoor Recreation, Sports Clubs and Paralympic sports.
